Covert a MPEG-4 to a work on the psp.?

At the moment I use psp video 9 to convert all the videos to work on my psp. However I have recently bought a MPEG-4 (ipod Type) movie and found that psp video 9 wont convert it. Anyone know if there is any software which I can use to convert it.
