Cowtown Rodeo in New Jersey?

I am 14 years old and would love to be in a rodeo. I have never been in a rodeo before so me and my friend will spend this season training for next year. I have been researching and trying to find out what the rules are at Cowtown NJ. I have discovered many associations involving Barrel Racing. Such as Pro Women's Barrel Racing (PWBR) and National High School Rodeo Association (NSHRA). Does anyone know how old you must be to compete at Cowtown? fees? how to join? Anything would help.

I'm pretty sure you need to be 15 so you will be good for next year.  I dont know what the fees are but best of luck and best answer please :)
