Cox cable hd question?

i have a wierd sign on my hd reciever taht says dl, and theres this line that moves in a box shape.... any clue what it is? thanks

Hi eazyvsdre,

It sounds like a software glitch. Unplug the unit for a minute or so. Plug it back in and try it.

There is a good chance that will fix it.
