Cox digital cable please help?

okay i have the cox digital cable box when i turn it on it automatcally goes to channel 100 when it turns on i want it to be on my favorite channel how do i change this

In the menu there is a start up option that lets you change it.

I have Time Warner Milwaukee but we have a settings button on our remote that allows us to change many options.  This includes what is on the display, the input levels, and the startup channel.  Look up the model of your box on Google to find specific instructions or look on Cox website.
