Cox on demand problem?????

well as you know cox on demand is now available in phoenix,az as of today but when the screen says,"click select to start on demand" and you click it, it just goes to a bunch of movie previews, whats the problem, id tryed clicking EVERY BUTTON ON MY CONTROL but NOTHING HAPPENS!!!

I've been running into that a lot lately too. I don't think anything is wrong with your tv or connection, I think Cox is doing stuff kicking it offline. When mine is working, it gives me a menu, when it's not, I get previews and the buttons do nothing, like you said. Call Cox and complain! At the very least, ask them for a credit for all the time you can't watch the so called "on demand"!!
