Coyote Bess in form for the Grade A2 480 metres flat at Perry Barr
The Grade A2 480 metres flat will be staged at Perry Barr on Tuesday, 17th July and will witness the participation of six hounds who will contest for the £67 prize money. Taking up the challenge are Myleens Request, Coyote Bess, Village Boy, Glengoole Katie, Home Ross and Parchments Crash.
The most credible entry for the race is the three-year-old black b***h, Coyote Bess.
Ace Hi Rumble’s daughter won her seasonal debut on 20th January, 2012 at Perry Barr over 480 metres. She broke from the second gate and shifted to middle after racing by the rails. She led for the rest of the distance and then timed the race in 29.62 seconds.
She struck a seasonal hat-trick by bagging two more races in a row.
On 20th April, the three-year-old won over 480 metres race at Perry Barr. This time too her style of winning and reaching the wire before the rest of the lot, was identical to how she performed in the first leg of the hat-trick.
The three-year-old daughter out of b***h, Coyote Bessie, reached the other end of the wire in 29.44 seconds.
After missing the next three races, the black b***h won the Grade A5 480 metres flat race on 29th May, 2012 at Perry Barr. She took her flight from the first stall, broke into an early pace, and then gladly led for half of the distance. She settled the race in 29.57 seconds with 1 ¼ lengths under her belt.
Holston Gem was the quickest to join the winner on the other end after racing for 29.47 seconds.
Finishing third behind the winner was, Reagrove Dusty.
The final success of the S. Aveline trained was in the Grade A3 Gavin Astwood’s Last Night Of Freedom Stakes on 7th July, 2012 at Perry Barr. The black b***h set into an early pace as per tradition, raced by the rails, went for the middle and then led to the wire in 28.72 seconds with the margin of 3 ¼ lengths.
Ben Gorm settled as the runner-up after racing for 28.98 seconds and was soon joined by, Romeo Online.
