Coyote Hunting In Indiana?

Question

I live in North East Indiana, When I deer hunt I always hear Coyotes so I went out and bought The Primos Hot dog, and KiYi. I also have an electronic Call. I am always well camoflaged, and down wind, But i cant get them to come in. Any ideas on what I could be doing wrong. Thanks.

Try a catnip, and put alot of effort into your calling.
