Cqn my ex access our sons medical records without my permission even though I am our sons next of kin?

I didnt say I have a problem with him having access to the records, I simply asked if he could get them without my permission! I have nothing to hide from him

hes the dad of course he can. I cant imagine whats on there that you are so bothered about him seeing.

he's the father, of course he is entitled to see medical records of his child, regardless of who is listed as next of kin.

He can get the medical records if he has shared custody with you, BUT if you have full custody of your child, then NO he can not obtain the records.
