Cr1 pending administrative processing,cairo egypt?

Question

i had my cr1 visa interview at the us embassy cairo,Egypt on july 13th where the consular officer had me fingerprinted and handed me my passport back at the end of the interview,was told case pending administrative processing,now its almost 46 days since my interview havenot heard anything from embassy ,any one have any cluse as to how long this would take?
