What is the max hight someone should be to race this bike.

Yes, I agree with Amber. Anything more than 5'6" and it will be very awkward. I'm not sure I would want to race a small wheeled (14") 85 even at 5'6".

i think thats about the limit to be honest the sooner you move up the better the kids that hang back on 80's always lose out in the end

At a guess I would say that once over about 5ft 6 you are starting to get cramped on the bike but could still race it.  Anything over that and you are really getting a bit tall.
