Question:

Crab apple tree will it revive it's self?

My husband and I discovered a crab apple tree on our property. It was covered with vines and dead limbs. We cleaned it up and one limb actually has apples on it but the rest of the tree looks dead. Should I do away with what looks dead or what should I do? Will it revive it self, since it's free from the vines now?

  1. Yes it should recover, maybe on its own. Defiantly remove anything that is dead. Here is a link for the basic care of your tree. Hope this is helpful.
