1. Dungeness Crab over any lobster

2. Cold H20 Rock Lobster from Australia/NZ or So Africa.

3. Fresh Warm H20 Lobster/not frozen

4. Canadian or Maine Lobster

....Dungeness crab is better than all lobster, hands down!

I prefer the flavor of steamed crab; however it has to be done perfectly, and it is a real pain to get to the meat!  Having said that, I would eat either one of them in a heart beat!!

Lobster on an open deck with the waves crashing in the back ground and a nice sauce and butter dip. You can eat it with a good chilled Chardonnay or a good beer like a pilsner.
