Hey, I have a seriously bad habit! And I wanna stop!.. I can't stop cracking my nuckles... Any tips?

I have the same problem and I don't know how to stop eather

but what does this have to do with the eyes

Keep your hands busy by doing something else.

Learn a new hobby that involves hand work, or do something to distract you from doing it.

Hobbies could include piano, crochet, knit, drums, etc. :)
