In the past i had a habit of cracking my knees. i went about doing this by keeping my leg straight and moving my knee from left to right till it i guess popped or something. it's hard to explain. anyway i finally tried to stop recently and it's been going fairily good.do you think it's bad that i used to crack it like that? would it disfigure my knees?how do i know what a healthy knee looks like?will it get in the way of my running?thanks.
