Is it bad that I crack my neck and back bones many times during the day? It feels amazing now but is that going to be bad for my neck and back in the long run? How about my knuckles?

  1. no it does not mean you will get arthritis...this is a common myth - its not a health risk at all

  2. You have no idea! 'cracking' is just a word used to describe it. In reality, it is you expanding your joints at a fast rate, causing a special liquid to escape the kunckle / neck joint / w.e. So in a long run, it's pretty d**n bad. A friend of mine got athritis cause of this and she was only 16 at the time. I recomend you try and tone it down.

  3. Short answer: YES it's bad.

I know it feels good and it's a temporary relief, but it can do some damage on your bones in the long run.

I know this because I work for a Doctor of Chiropractic. They go to school for four years to learn how to properly do it. And it's not just limited to bones. They work on muscles, soft tissue, tendons, ligaments, you name it! If you want to get adjusted, you should check out your local Chiropractor. :)

  4. You shouldn't do this, because when your older you will get arthritis.

If you stop now they will heal. But you have to completely stop..

    Hope I helped!
