Craft Room Ideas?

Question

A formal dining room off my kitchen I am turning into a plant starting room plus a hands on craft room where I can have friends and family come over and make all sorts from homemade soaps candles paintings and kids can use it to for artwork. Any suggestions on how to plan in perfectly. What flooring material - the house is unlived in and is scheduled for new floors except that room. What would be a good idea in there? Any other craft ideas to plan ahead for.

You should have plastic tables that fold and are easy to clean

and you should have shelfs from Ikea. I would color the room in inspiring colors that keep them motivated like light,green,blue,yellow. You should have a board that display things. I reccomend that you should have tiles, beige tiles. Have cupboards that hold things. Use foldable chairs. Also use picture frames for the displaying of the art. Add some plants to brighten the room. Make your room fun and unique to keep everyone coming back!

I would use a simple tile floor that can be swept and mopped easily. I would have lots of shelves for the craft supplies. A large table to work on would be a great idea.
