Craft ideas for teenage girls?

I'm teaching a vbs clas for girls age 13-18 and I needs some craft ideas that they would get board with. They do not have to be but it would be great if they where beach or island themed.

You could get them to make friendship bracelets. Or scrapbooking, with seashells and waterfront pictures.

The seed beads at Googley Eyes Craft store are great!  Very beachy!  The will never get bored with those!
