i wanna know where can i buy the materials for making a plsuhie.. in singapore...

I can only help you with part of your question. The fabric is 'felt', probably just 'craft felt'. In the U.S., felt is available in fabric and craft stores. You could see if either of those kinds of stores exist in Sg, and if so, whether they carry this fabric. Good luck.
