What is the crafting supply that is used to cover collages and things so that parts of it do not detach? It is almost like rubber cement, but not quite.

  1. You can use Silicon

    it's cheap and effective

  2. Mod Podge is frequently used over collages. I don't know if thats what you were thinking of or not but its great! It can be used as the glue to hold the picture down and then as the top coat to protect it. I have used it on regular pictures, magazine pictures, printed out pictures & even as a gloss for acrylic paint. It doesn't cause things to bleed or smudge and you can get it at JoAnn Fabrics, Michael's, Hobby Lobby.

  3. How about a spray acrylic.  Or are you looking for a thicker pourable liquid sealer?  They have a product called envirotex - It is a very thick liquid that you can seal objects in - like coins on a bar top, or pebbles on stepping stones - ask at the home improvement stores.

But if you are just sealing paper - the mod podge or thinned white glue you stuck the paper down with should be applied over the top to seal it - do a couple coats.
