Crafts - 'blank' brads?

Question

I have recently bought craft brads for fixing as card ornaments. These have small printed designs on the head of the brad. Set me wondering whether anyone has come across 'blank' brads where, for example, a tiny pressed flower etc could be added before a plastic 'cap' clips over and seals it onto the brad (roughly the same idea as when covering blank buttons with furnishing fabric to use when reupholstering a chair). Would be grateful for any ideas. Thanks.

most brads are blank. I have never seen caps to go over a brad top. I have marked the top of my blank brads with markers, stickers and ink.
