Crafts for VBS?

I need a theme-related craft for preschoolers at VBS. The story we will be reading is when Joseph's brothers sold him into slavery. It needs to have something to do with that, and I can't think of anything...

Have each one make a "coat of many colors" to wear like Joesph . Cut a hole in the bottom of a brown paper grocery bag. Make the bag into a coat by cutting the larger side from the bottom of bag up to the neck hole. (Think of a vest). Cut two holes for arms on both the sides of bag. Now the children can paint/color their own bags.

This is an inexpensive project & shouldn't take much time if the bags are prepped beforehand.

i don't know if you have ever been to www.orientaltrading.com but they have tons of VBS crafts to do! and it will come with all the things that you need for really really cheap! i use the site all the time!
