Craftsman Trucks Series..getting a new name???

What do you all think of this, now another change for us to get used too...

so far 2 possibles have been announced..by Mike Helton today

Kobalt Truck Series and UPS Truck Series

well it could be ups but Kobalt tools pull from the runing. But now I am hearing that camping world might be the sponser.

My choice would be Kobalt tools.  JUST for the fact that they are AMERICAN made and owned.  A real rarity in NASCAR.

craftsman just goes...i'd go with kobalt since jimmie sponsors them.

The name doesn,t really matter...I think it should be the toyota truck series...Since they have been doing so well...

If you have 5-6 million you can sponsor it too! Are you sure it was today? I thought Kobalt pulled out of negotiations.

Wild Bill, Nascar doesn't fire sponsors! What ever gave you that idea.

I hope it's not UPS. I ship a lot of items through UPS and don't want shipping rates to increase. Kobalt Truck Series has a ring to it. It's also a tool company. Tools and racing kind of goes together doesn't it?

I got addicted to auto racing at 4 years old when I went to the local track for the first time. (1962) Since then I have seen many changes in NASCAR and many of them sucked. I hate change. You will get tons of bad info in answer to your question. Change happens and many blame NASCAR, France, Helton, etc, for firing the sponsors which is just plain ignorant. I think Craftsman is the perfect sponsor. That name is the epitomy of tough which is the image of the series. And rightfully so. I love it. So I think Kobalt is the only logical choice name-wise. Of course there are many things other than the name that NASCAR must consider. The only thing that irritates me more than some of the changes in the sport I dearly love is the ignorance and hate displayed by some "fans". Edit; Hey Stinky. How would sponsoring NASCAR increase shipping rates? It's part of their advertising budget. Rates didn't go up when they started sponsoring DJ.
