Crafty people! I need help!i can't remember how to do this!? Weaving tool?

I was browsing around, and i love to do crafts and stuff and on this site: http://www.serranofil.pt/product1900.html, i found this tool to weave, i started thinkin and i remember using something like this a couple of years ago and it would weave yarn into a tube forming a hose. I would really want to make this again but i don't remember how to do it using this tool how to start how to weave. People, please help me out! i would really like to get back to doing this kind of weaving! thanks ;) good crafting!

if it is a thing with a handle, on it that rotates, my sister had one.

Ohhh, is what your trying to do called french knitting where you use a tube like tool with four or more prongs on it that you weave around wool on and then pull it over to form a tube?. I am sure many craft shops would sell this sort of thing. Just ask them for a kit to do french knitting.
