The Liverpool forward has admitted that players at Liverpool sometimes take things too seriously and in the process forget what it is like to play football to enjoy it unlike other clubs that he was at earlier on in his career such as West Ham United...
Bellamy has called on his team-mates at Liverpool to take it easy and enjoy their football at  the club rather than languishing in disappointment of their previous failures. Bellamy has been a divisive figure in http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Liverpool-c39809’s history, as in his second stint at the club, the Welshman has done well to maintain a regular presence in the first-team line-up, but that has been done without making a considerable impact.
With Brendan Rodgers taking over the Merseyside club after Kenny Dalglish’s dismissal, Bellamy’s future might be up for a review given that Rodgers is going to undertake a thorough review of the club because of the football that he wants Liverpool to play under him.
Under Dalglish, Bellamy was one of the favourites, but if that will be the case under Rodgers, it still remains to be seen. Liverpool managed to win the Carling Cup last season, but other than that, they failed to impress even in the F.A Cup final where they were decisively beaten by a http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Chelsea-c38786 side which had one eye on their UEFA Champions League final against Bayern Munich.
Bellamy stated, “All clubs are different. Some clubs are vocal, such as West Ham back when I was training with them. We had a lot of lads who were loud and witty, not afraid to speak out. It made training fun, day in day out it was comical.”
He added, “Liverpool’s more of a quiet place, more serious. I guess because Liverpool is a big club, very professionally run, it’s almost like some of the players have forgotten how to enjoy themselves."
With Rodgers at the helm, it is difficult to say whether or not Liverpool will challenge for the Premier League title or even compete for the top-four places in the league, as their squad quality leaves a lot to be desired. However, the former Swansea manager has already admitted that the process of rebuilding has to start from this summer regardless of whether or not Liverpool compete for the Premier League title next season.
