Craig Mp4 player problems

Question

I have a Craig Mp4 model #cmp615d. My problem is that it has an hourglass on the screen as soon as I turn it on...nothing else just an hourglass. It won't go away! I have tried recharging it and still nothing. This is a Christmas gift my daughter recieved. My other 2 daughters got one too and there is not a problem with theirs. I am confused and don't understand what happened. Please tell me how to fix this.Hour glass at all times even when connected to PC it is not detected...
