Craig mp3 palyer stoped working

Question

i got my son one for christmas and it was working fine but now it won'twork we erased all the song's and after that it stoped working how can i fix it now it just shows the name on the screen i dont know what type it is but it says it has 512 mb and it is white audio player with duel lcd display
