my screen is frozen how do i resetMP3 MP4 bought for the kids for Christmas is frozen, only shows the timeglass icon, have tried to run the battery down and then recharge, tried going back to the computer and deleting, but won't read it as being attached. HELP!!! The kids are majorly bummed and I am in deep stuff cause I didn't discuss with my partner before purchase.
