Craigslist? How do you set up and receive payment if you sell something?

I just posted an add on craigslist..trying to sell a pair of chanel shoes. Now if someone wants to buy them..what are my next steps?

That's completely up to you. You can have them send the money to your Paypal account (recommended), you can have them send or bring you a check or money order (risky), or you can just have them give you cash, if you're meeting to give them the merchandise in person (definitely not recommended.)

they will contact you saying they want to buy them , and most likely the''l pick them up or you'll meet like at a gas station.

Well many times Craigslist purchases are in person.  Ask for cash.

If online only, Paypal works well.  Get a free paypal account.
