I am looking for a bike in France, specifically Angers. I will be studying there this semester and I was wondering if anyone knew of a good website to look for one.

but Craigslist is not very developed there (not enough English speakers).

Otherwise, an ad is called "une petite annonce" in French. So you can look for "petites annonces" via your search engine. The most popular website is Kijiji:

I have looked at the ads and bikes sell for 25 € - 60 €.

Type "vélo" in your search (or VTT for mountain bike).
