  1. ok i get this to.. your not out of shape... when i get it it's like i cant stand  up so i called the doctor and they did some tests... it was a chest wall spasm which most people have but i got it from working out to much... dont worry about it

  2. u need 2 warm up before u run sprints

    & u need 2 drink more watr..

both of these will probably help wit da cramps

  3. The most common cause of cramps is dehydration, you must drink water before and during practice.

The other cause of cramps could be lack of conditioning and the muscles are fatigued.

Be sure you warm up and stretch before training, drink plenty of water, cool down, stretch, ice, and massage.

You did not say how much training you have done before this program, but it seems hard to do 3x5 at 100%, unless you are resting several  minutes between sets.

It is always a good idea to have a recovery day between hard days. If you only do hard days you are going to get hurt or sick.

  4. There could be a couple reasons why. Firstly depending where you live if its real hot outside and if you dont get enough water that could cause cramping. Secondly, not warming up properly and preferably your shins and calves could suffer through the workout. Im not a sprinter but am a distance runner and do speedwork on the track. Remember to stretch afterwards and before but warming up is more important.

  5. Is it a stitch or an actual cramp, stitches can be alleviated by proper breathing techniques.  cramping, depending on location could be anything from dehydration (drink something with electrolytes since you are training), potassium deficiency (eat a banana), etc.  If these simple fixes don't work, talk to your coach.

  6. 1. you are out of shape

    2. You didnt warmup

    3. Stairs are bad for your knees

  7. u should do warm ups before u sprint.

  8. you shouldn't do any exercise if you have had food 2 hours before. Maybe this is the cause ??

And you need to do a good warm up session before hand.

  9. actually, you can keep yourself from cramping my breathing the right way.  In through your nose and out through your mouth.  If you practice doing this in your spare time, it will become more and more natural to you, and that way when you run, you won't have to think about it.  And honestly, it really doesn't matter who well you warm up.  I ran track in high school, and there were a few days where I didn't warm up much and I never got cramps.  Also, drinking a lot of water before you run isn't good either.  I know if I did that, I could feel the water moving around in my stomach, which gave me a sickening feeling.  SO just practice your breathing and you should be alright.
