  1. If the cramps in your leg try push down on the floor with leg helps me

  2. the only thing that helped me was getting on birth control, I havent had any painful periods like that since taking them. Talk to your dr, they can help you.

  3. u may have PMDD. i wold go see the dr as soon as u can

  4. i always find that heating pads don't work on me. i use ..i don't know the name is, it's like a bean bag sort of thing filled with barley and lavender and you heat it in the microwave. or just a hot water bottle.

trust me i know the pain you're in  sometimes you just get to that point were you just feel like any pain could be better than this.

i also like taking a hot bubble bath, it usually calms me. and i take double strength ibuprofen. never use paracetamol for period pain it just doesn't work especially for bad period pain.

another thing i find helps a bit is drinking hot tea  i don't know why it sort of warms your tummy.  other than that i can't give u other advice other than to see your doctor so that he/she can prescribe you something that will really work in reducing the pain you're in.

    hope this helped.

  5. I remember those days.  Ugh!!!

Ask your doctor to put you on Yasmin to regulate your period.  Less bleeding, minimal cramps, and no weight gain, and mild PMS.

If you don't want to go on the pill, take Excedrin for the cramps, drink tons of water and hot jasmine tea, and take B-complex vitamins.  B-complex helps even out your endocrine system, which controls some of your hormones.  I recommend GNC's hair-skin-nail vitamins, which are basically B-complex with some other stuff added, twice a day.

  6. I suffer with the same problem, especially the first day or two.  Heating pad definitely helps. The best pain med I have found is Aleve. But start taking it 2-3 days prior to your period so it is in your system. I have also found that tampons make the cramps worse. I also suggest exercise, that really helps. Loose fitting clothes also help. Try Aleve though it works miracles.

  7. well have you tried Midol...it's specifically for your period.  it totally helps.  the heating pad is great, too.  um....i know it doesn't sound great when you're all tired and crampy...but exercise REALLY, REALLY helps.  i get the same feeling at night.  make sure to take some Midol, ibuprofen, or something before you go to bed.  keep it next to you at night, and make sure to take it again after six hours.  hope this helps.

  8. Eat Bananas!!!

  9. Look for menstrual pain medication. In your store. that's what it's for

  10. You are suffering needlessly.  If you really want to eliminate this problem see a Chiropractor.  An adjustment will resolve them immediately!  The best Chiropractors are those that incorporate nutrition health into their practice.

  11. Mefenamic acid may help, which your GP can prescribe, or maybe going on the pill if your periods are really an issue. Have a chat with your GP

  12. Maybe you should see a doctor about this -- I had a friend who had really bad pain and vomiting with her period and it turned out she had a cyst on her ovary.  It really isn't normal to get that bad of pain with your period.  Have someone check it out.
