Cramps in the middle area of my stomach after running?

This morning I had interval run..then on the 4th run the middle area of my stomach started to hurt..like having menstrual cramps...then I felt a cold sweat. Is there any possible explanation to this? Thanks

  1. Perhaps you're dehydrated. Make sure you drink plenty of water before do exercises. Eat a lot of nutritional food that gives you the energy you need to perform a task such as running that can cause great strain to your body. Also, make sure you stretch so you don't pull anything. Sometimes pulls are not visible or don't appear for a few days after the fact.


  2. its just normal cramps..nothing odd
