I've started trying to run a couple times a week but I can't run for more than a couple minutes without getting a horrible cramp in my stomach and I have to stop. Please someone help me. I thought cramps were caused by dehydration but I don't know if I'm wrong about that. I always make sure to drink a lot of water/gatorade a couple hours before I run. I've also tried to just keep running when I get one to see if it wouldd go away, but it only gets worse. Please tell me how to fix this problem. I'm trying to train to join the national guard and this has really been holding me back. Why is my stomach retarded???
