Crane Style Kung-Fu?

can somebody give me good info on this. its a martial art im very interested in leaning and i would like some background info on it first thx

There are several different kinds of Crane Kung Fu. There is the Fujian White Crane Kung Fu and there is the Shaolin Crane Kung Fu, just to name two. I like Crane Style Kung Fu because it is a graceful style that relieves stress.

Hi.

I study Fukien White Crane Boxing - Yong Chun Bai He Quan.

It was developed by a young lady named Fang Chiniang.

Its foundation in a practice called Sam Chien or 3 Conflicts.

Through this training you develop internal power and strong foundation.

From the Yong Chun, which is the original, came other branches that are practiced in Taiwan - Feeding Crane, Shouting Crane, Shaking Crane, Sleeping Crane, Flying Crane, and others.

There is another Crane style that is known as Tibetant Crane and is not associated with the Fukien Crane. It was developed by a Tibetan Lama (Monk).

Fukien Crane concepts are Float, Sink, Swallow, Spit.

They dictate different aspects of application and are pretty clear as far as their attributes.

The White Crane Style is not very common and you would have to do lots of research to find someone near you to train with.

This is true about the Hakka Arts in general.

Another thing you should know is that White Crane is one of the major influences in the development of Karate.

look man to learn the 5 animals stuff, u can't do it by urself !! u need reflex and you can't have it unless some1 teaches you some techniques !!

well actually i wanted to learn Kung fu so i started learning it from the internet !! well there is a time i thought that i new almost everythng and was perfect at it ((that was how i saw myself !!)) but when i got into a Kung fu club i coudn't keep up with them !! so if you want to learn the real techniques you should go to a school or something !!!
