Please tell me about your experience with cranial sacral therapy. I am considering trying it and want to hear others experiences. Please tell me why you are doing it, what it is like and the results you've had. Thanks!

  1. My daughter had chronic ear issues since she was an infant. I work for a chiropractor and he adjusted her a few times and did some cranial/sacral work, put her on a nutritional supplement and we have had absolutely NO problems since. After 5 years of traditional medicine, I tried the alternative route and will never regret that. He fixed the problem instead of treating the symptoms.

  2. I really enjoyed it. It's a gentle an effective way to help your body with the natural healing process. I've had the experience that I had so much tension in my hips that I had chronic lower back pain. This form of therapy and with the help of a few others I am virtually pain free. I feel it was a great help in my healing, and I have seen it help others. I use it on almost all my clients. I hope that helps and good luck!

  3. Very cool, very effective. Its working with the cerebral spinal fluid and various energy currents. It doesn't hurt at all. I am taking a cranial sacral class next month and I can't wait!!! I have a level one polarity therapy and cranial sacral is level 2.

It helped with my daughter when she was born, her skull was out of alignment from the birthing process and it gently adjusted it back into alignment, and when I say out of alignment, i mean, just barely, un-noticable to the human eye, but her crying and pain was evident. She quieted the minute the therapist started and didn't cry like that ever again.

    I recommend it.
