  1. no, these are absolutely ridiculous fantasies

they may have placebo effects in very suggestible, poorly educated people but other than that they won't have any effect on any illness you have.

As usual, if you are ill see a doctor. Don't waste your life on this embarrassing drivel.

  2. CranioSacral Therapy was developed a couple of decades ago, and further refined by Dr. John Upledger.  It is an actual modality, not an "energy" healing.  There is nothing to "believe in" or "not believe in" as this is not a spiritual belief.

A craniosacral therapy session involves the therapist placing their hands on the patient, which they state allows them to tune into what they call the craniosacral system. The craniosacral system is the rhythmic pulsing/flowing of the spinal fluid down, starting in the cranial spaces, flowing down through the spinal system.  By gently working with the spine, the skull and its cranial sutures, diaphragms, and fascia, the restrictions of nerve passages are said to be eased, the movement of CSF through the spinal cord can be optimized, and misaligned bones are said to be restored to their proper position. Craniosacral therapists use the therapy to treat mental stress, neck and back pain, migraines, TMJ Syndrome, and for chronic pain conditions such as fibromyalgia.

As for Reiki, that is an energy-belief system of healing physically, spiritually, and mentally/emotionally.  Again, this is not something you have to "believe in".  Do you "believe" in the wind?  That sounds silly, right?  But while you cannot see the wind, you certainly can feel it on your body and watch the effects around you.  The same with Reiki.

  3. It works. You do not have to believe in it, it just works. Do you have to believe in allopathic medicine for it to work? If you don't believe in harmful side effects does that mean you won't get them from medications?

I have had several people who did not believe in Reiki nearly jump off the table when they felt the powerful surge of energy moving through them. When I explained that what they were feeling was the Reiki that their family members had sent them to me for, they were shocked and amazed that what they felt was so intense and tangible. They all reported positive results from treatment.
