Cranium WOW?

Question

Has anyone ever played this. Im a big fan of cranium and it says its for adults, which I have always thought would make cranium appeal to the older audience. Just wondering if it was a good game, or if you could remember an example of a question, that would be great. I want to know if it is just more vulgar or more adult knowledge.
