Crank problems?

Well when i was riding i realised when i tilt my bike left my cranks (both of em) slide a little left then when i tilt it right same thing. I realised probably something needs tightening but its not my crank bolts (ones that hold your cranks on i dunno what there called) but nothing else around there seems to do it either... what do you think the problem is??

Your bottom bracket needs to be tightened, it seems.  Usually it takes special tools, but in a pinch you might be able to use some channel lock pliers or something to snug it up a bit, depending what kind it is.  Otherwise take it to a bicycle shop to look at it.  They'll probably  tighten it up for free, it takes two seconds with the right tool.

it sounds like your bottom bracket...i'd take it into a bike shop and ask them aswell, and then ask them to do it or buy a tool to tighten it up, so then if it happenes again you have to tool to do the job
