c**p connection to xbox live. HELP?

hi i play halo 3 and ive had xbox live about 3 weeks and im using an xbox 360 wireless adaptor its been fine until now but just the other day it started going really slow and the games lagged alot and it also takes about 20 mins to find a game what can i do to get a better connection ?

try restarting your modem or disconnecting the wireless adapter then pluggung it back in. if this doesn't work then it might just be a problem with xboxlive
