Craps (dice) questions. Come out?

Ok, its been a while since I have been to Vegas and seem to have forgot a few of the rules. I know how to play and the rules, but I usually play the pass line and bet the max odds on it. I know you put the odds chips behind the pass line bet but cant remember about playing the "come" bet. do I put the chips on the "come" marker or give the money to the dealer and he will? Also, say the shooter makes another point for the "come" bet, what do i do to bet the odds on the other point, put it on the "come" marker and tell the dealer "odds"? what do i say? as you can tell, im a little rusty, but i play online and know the rules, just couldnt remember the table rules.

You will put the bet on the "come marker" - as you said - and the dealer will then move the money to the appropriate number if a point is made. You can then place an odds bet by telling the dealer, who will place it for you. Just tell the dealer that you'd like odds on your 6 (or whatever number it was) and put the money on the felt (he can't take it from your hand).

To make a "come" bet, place your money on the appropriate area of the field.  If the shooter makes a point, the dealer will move your bet to the correct number.  

At this point, you can place an odds bet by placing the bet on the table and saying "odds on the X" for whatever your come bet point is.
