Question:

Craps table with additional numbers on the Place line?

I was at a casino that had 4 additional numbers on the Place line. I had never seen that before. Normally the numbers on the Place line is 4,5,6,8,9,10. This craps table also had 2,3,11,12. The table was so busy i couldnt get in to talk to the pit to see if there is any advantage to that.

So i guess my question is, is there any advantage to playing at a table that has the 2,3,11,12 on the Place line?

  1. It's called Crapless Craps where the numbers that you normally lost  on are playable too. Note, the odds stink as expected. Stick to regular Craps, don't fall for gimmicks or sucker bets and have fun.

  2. It's called "No c**p Craps" instead of crapping out on 2, 3, and 12, they become the point (I can't remember if 11 was included). I'm not sure what the odds pay. The last place I saw this game was at The Stratosphere, they are known for gimmicky games like Double Exposure Blackjack.

  3. I've never seen that.  The odds get worse as the numbers you bet get further away from the 7, so the 6 and 8 bets would remain the best ones.  Of course, on  a regular craps table, you can bet on these numbers anyway by betting "ALLCRAPS."

  4. It's called Crapless Craps.  They have this at the Statosphere in Vegas.

Do not bother playing on the table.  The odds are even worse than what most people think.  They pay big amounts for the 2,3,11,12 but how often do you see those?  Mathamatically, the regular craps tables give you better odds.  But, I guess if you like action on everything, you can give it a whirl.  Good luck!
