Crashes during testing

Question

I have a Micron Transport Trek with Win98, version 1.1 of 1.01 of NME, and a Megahertz CC2560.  When I run the before you go tests (The system check) the test gets to the point where it has just tested for dial tone and my system reboots.  What could be causing this?  Is there a problem with NME and Win98?
