Umm, how many ways are there to crash a party? Just show up uninvited. See if anyone notices. If they throw you out, at least you tried, and if not, then I guess just have fun and act like you know the b-day girl. Show up with a present too. A really nice present. Then there's no way she'd turn you down. Money may also work. Or you could disguise yourself as a newspaper reporter and have your sis be the photographer. Yeah, that has possibilities...
