  1. spend time on other things like sports. prevent being an alcoholic.. you should stop drinking/ craving for wine or any other alcoholic drinks even before you really get addicted to it. but then be a normal teenager, drinking occassionally would do. just don't let it be a permanent thing to do.

  2. Well, I know someone that has a problem like that, only this person always says sorry for no apparent reason. This person does this because she's going through an emotional trauma. Literally! I'd suggest looking into it. What makes you crave wine? Is it because you want to get away? Or does it just taste good? Fortunately, it's pretty easy to stop this habit if you want to.

My suggestions: Move on to grape juice. It is basically just the same as wine, so maybe it will help you. And then maybe you can move on just to juice, and then water.

My other suggestions: If it has something to do with emotional issues, really think about it. Why do you need wine? Why do you feel nervous when you don't drink it? Maybe you could try a different habit, only something good. If this doesn't work, try counseling. I know that's what everyone says, but I go to one and it helps me.

    Hope this helps!

  3. Most families that drink wine with there meals water it down for those under twenty.  If you are worried about your drinking habits then I would highly recommend that you just stop drinking wine, and substitute with grape/fruit juice.  Do not continue to drink alcohol until you are sure that addiction will not occur.

You have great opportunities ahead of you, and it is obvious that you are intelligent.  Please allow yourself to be who you are, and just...stop.

  4. get help, idk?

shouldnt you be drinking cider like all the other 14 year olds tho

  5. why wine? lol thats random for a 14 year old to be drinking. But just drink some grape juice or energy drinks instead

  7. Dittos Melissa,

It usually is beer but Drinking wine at that  age is  a Little mature more so than beer But you  are OK for nor  if  you feel you need the  Wine  that is  when yo worry  you have  made a very responsible  thing  by   saying  that  drinking  makes you  feel  bad ' I think the morality  codes are proving them selves as correct because also rape is still a crime too. very responsibility my  friend  but also very  mature to understand you may have a problem

  8. SEEK HELP!

    IMMEDIATELY.

You could actually call Child Protective Services on your parents.

And for all of you kids that think "drinking is cool" - being an alcoholic isn't cool at all.

  9. sooner later you should talk about it to someone

  10. Dear Boy,

In my years of professional work with troubled devil-children such as yourself, I've noticed a couple different things:

    1. It's ok to drink at 14 years old, you probably did enough damage to your brain at this early age and your probably not going to college. Find a job at Carls Jrs.

    2. I drank a lot in college and med school, and i have 2 professional degrees, so you'll be fine.

    3. Alcohol helps you get laid, so considered it a mixed blessing.

    4. Alcohol is awesome, so drink every days!!!!

  11. theres nothing wrong with liking alcohol. one glass of wine isnt dangerous at all, except that youre 14. if you were of age this wouldnt be such a problem since youre only having 1 glass and not getting obliterated or blackout drunk, so...

i would say cut back the days that you drink. make yourself a withdrawal calendar, i.e. mark days that you will drink and days you wont drink, and stick to it. over time space those days further apart and keep holding to it. eventually, if you want, you can only mark one day a month or none at all and you should be fine. focus on doing recreational activities on non drinking days, such as going for a walk or playing a sport, so your mind will be occupied and you will feel at ease.

  12. just drink maddddd beer
