  1. no, never heard of it .. what type of craving ingredient exists anyway... I stopped eating fatty foods when I found out  how much fat I was eating, for get it I hit the gym now and eat healthy!

  2. Yes~ It is called sodium.

  3. idk but im never really craving more

  4. its true, its not really that they put it in the food like some conspiracy, its more like msg (remember msg? mono sodium glutamate, whatever)

anyways read a package of soy sauce at your local chinese restaurant it says "NO MSG" well theres artificial components to artificially processed food, like McDonald's, it may not be MSG, but something else artificial

and MSG gave you a craving for more, stuff with MSG, it gets in the stomach and give you a strong hunger pains

    PS:

    you are what you eat

  5. I know the caffeine in the pop is additive. My cravings have always been very sporadic though... not sure it has anything to do with the nutritional value of the food.

  6. I do know that high fructose corn syrup has something in it that actually does not satisfy the brain because of its lack of nutrients and cause you to have more cravings and to eat more.

I don't think they actually put stuff in any of their products though.

  7. Whoever told you that was lying to you there is no way that they put craving things in your food, if it bothers you so much stop eating there! I think it's just the people!

  8. No its the people who buy it. It just tastes good so people buy it. people have cravings from the hormones.

  9. Yes yes it is true because it has UNHEALTHY INGREDIENTS THAT ARE SICK!!!!!
