They are probably using different websites in order to track which TV ads are the most effective (which network and what time).  It is an old trick - companies have been doing that for decades with P.O. Boxes to see which magazine ads draw the most revenue.

Each different web address URLs credit a seperate affiliate or rep. If you were to join you may have the url crazyfox54 for example. If someone were to join using your site then you would receive the credit. The top participants are paying top dollar for those adds. Do not assume that if you join, the company will promote your site for you. I would recommend that you do extensive research for getting involved with any type of business.
