  1. well, depends what is loaded in the profile vs what is loaded globally. If you are that concerned with what is running, go into msconfig and look at what is loaded and customize it.

  2. If you create another user I don't think it would change anything apart from the fact that you won't be the main administrator. If you do create a new account you will have to configure it with all the things you need that have been installed on your junk account.

If you think having too much junk is making your computer slow just follow these steps.

Start --> Control Panel --> Add and Remove Programs

Then you can just remove any programs you don't use. On the side it usually says used and how much you use it. I usually remove the programs that are used rarely.

  3. No that wont help much. You can download some tools that will do the job for you.

Here are some free steps you can take

  4. no if u make a new user profile it uses more memory so it gets slower i think u should master reset your computer just copy impotent info on to a disk.

if you are a steam user it slows computer by 10% so if u are up grade your ram

  5. To do this open your start menu (bottom left) Click on the picture to the left of the name of the current user. This will open a menu to change the picture. Click a button that has two people and 'home' written on it (at the top left) Then click create a new account under the 'Pick a task' menu and follow the steps from their.

Making more memory: Delete any unsed items of the hard drive and desktop.

Un-install anything the don't use, Like old games you threw away

  6. it would help, you would not have the temp file issues, but if any applications are profile dependent they would not run, try cleaning the profile, and defragging the disk

  7. try and see!

    :)
