How can I take a small bit from a youtube video and create a gif avatar?

  1. That'll be very tricky because a GIF is an image. You'll have to take a screenshot of EACH scene, make it into the EXACT same size and then save it, animate it using Unfreez or Microsoft .GIF animator.
