In my area, a good Pork Tenderloin sandwich is hard to find.  I spoke with David Thomas (Wendy's) about this topic, but as you know he passed away.   Every year at the County Fair there is a long, long line at the Texas Tenderloin wagon.  The tenderloin is bigger than a paper plate and very, very thin.  It is fried in deep fat oil and served on a regular hamburger bun (the cheap kind).  Looking into the source of the Pork Tenderloins, I discovered only a few providers in the U.S.

I would serve apple fritters or corn fritters with powdered sugar on top.  I love fritters and they are kind of hard to find.  I think they would be grest because they are bit sized and you could package them in fry boxes>>>>>I wish I had some now!

swiss fondue burger with 1/4 pound flame broiled ground beef, thick swiss cheese and wine sauce over the beef, fire-grilled sliced mushrooms, onions, lettuce n tomato... all on a warm freshly baked european crusty roll... yeah, like i could eat all that :)
