Create a new section for students from India?

What would it take to get a new section in the Education category reserved for students in India? I've found that the Higher Education/University+ and Study Abroad sections are flooded with questions regarding study in India. Please don't take this the wrong way, but I think it would be better to have a special section for those, so that those of us trying to be helpful and answer questions (who know zip about India) don't have to wade through pages and pages (sometimes it's been more than 75% of the questions) just to find questions that we might have some hope of understanding.

Do you know how such a category could be created? And what do you think of this idea?

I think it would be a great idea, which would eliminate confusion, if it could be implemented.  However, as with all bureaucratic institutions, changes usually come slowly and with great difficulty.  The higher up you can reach in the bureaucratic hierarchy, the better off you will be in lobbying for your cause.  I wish you the best of luck.
